About Me
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona, where I also completed a Master's degree in Developmental Biology and Genetics. Later I pursued a Ph.D. in Drug Sciences at the University Hospital Bonn in the group of A. Pfeifer. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the Förster lab at the Life & Medical Sciences (LIMES) Institute of the University of Bonn, specializing in thermogenic adipose tissue. My research focuses on the molecular mechanisms that regulate brown and beige fat development and function, aiming to identify potential therapeutic targets for metabolic diseases.
