Current Notice
Due to a technical error affecting some of the forms on our website, we may not have received notification of certain registrations. Unfortunately, not all of the affected forms displayed an error message despite the incorrect setting.
This error affects the form for doctoral students on the German website, as well as both forms on the English website. The 'Mitglied werden' form for female doctoral students, postdocs and professors on the German website is NOT affected. Profile UPDATES are also NOT affected.
If you registered using one of the affected forms, please check the following:

| For doctors, postdocs and professors: If you created a profile: Can you find your profile on our website under 'Members'? |
| For doctoral students: If you have registered on an overview page for your faculty, can you find your entry on your faculty's members page? |
If you cannot find your profile or entry on the overview page or are not receiving emails from us despite having subscribed to the mailing list, please re-register using the appropriate form. Alternatively, contact us at whatsub@zgb.uni-bonn.de.

Digital Lunch Meeting
Date: November 4, 2025, 12:00 p.m. via Zoom
The first online event of the semester took place as a digital lunch meeting on the topic of ‘Essential and Evolving? Women's Networks in Academia'. We discussed the role of women’s networks in academic life and talked about WHATSUB's future. We were particularly pleased to hear your thoughts on what you hope to achieve with WHATSUB in the coming year.
